Santa GPS
Just in time for Christmas, 2009, Fission Media created a handheld Santa finder called Santa GPS. The free iPhone app created for both Fission clients and potential clients, the app displays your distance from Santa's Workshop in the north pole. Rotating the device reveals both your location and Santa's on a world map. The application also includes a countdown to Christmas.
ABto2010
Fission Media was approached by Alberta Public Affairs and Winsport Canada to create an iPhone application and mobile site to track Alberta-based athletes and artists heading to Vancouver for the 2010 games. Sponsored by Winsport Canada, the application will transition into a communications tool for Winsport following the end of the 2010 games and para-olympic games.
